How To Use

It is recommended to take 2-5 bags a day: before meals/20 minutes after meals/before sleep. It can be taken on an empty stomach or full stomach.
It is better to drink with 200-500ml of cold water. Adjust water amount according to personal preference. Do not drink with hot water.

Please follow the directions for consumption. Excess intake may cause diarrhea. Consume immediately once opened. This product contains milk and soybean. The product is produced where the factory also handled peaches and wheat , people who are allergic to these products should consult doctors before consume.
