  • Methods to Search for Products on the Mannings Online Store:

    1. Keyword Search: Enter the product keyword in the search bar located at the top of the homepage or any other page.
    2. Category Search: Select the desired product category from the navigation menu at the top of the website to browse products within that category.
    3. Brand Search: Choose "Brands" from the navigation menu at the top of the website to access the brand page and explore products.
    4. Promotional Offers Search: Select "Promotions" from the navigation menu at the top of the website to view promotional products by category or promotion type.

  • You can follow the steps below to complete your order:

    1. Add your desired products to the cart
    2. Click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner to enter "My Cart"
    3. Choose a delivery method:
      - Home Delivery: Free shipping for orders with a net value of $399 or above
      - Click and Collect: Pick up your order at over 250 stores for orders with a net value of $50 or above
    4. Enter and link your yuu ID to earn yuu points
    5. Click "Use Promo Code/Official Coupons," select applicable e-coupons, and then click "Apply" (this step is only for Mannings Online Store members)
    6. Log in as a member or proceed as a guest

    Check-out as a Guest:

    1. Enter delivery address (only applicable for home delivery) / choose a pick-up store (only applicable for Click and Collect)
    2. Fill in the recipient information
    3. Click "Confirm Details," then choose a payment method
    4. Read and check to agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy > Click "Pay Now"

    Check-out as a Member:

    1. Check the delivery address (only applicable for home delivery); if you need to change the delivery address for this order, please select "Ship to a different address," enter the information, and then click "Confirm Address" / choose a pick-up store (only applicable for Click and Collect)
    2. Click "Confirm Details," then choose a payment method
    3. Read and check to agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy > Click "Pay Now"
    4. Complete the payment on the relevant platform
    5. Once the order is successfully created, you will receive a confirmation email and can also check "Order History" in "My Account"

  • You can choose "Collect in store" if you spend $50 or more (after discounts, promotions and coupon codes applied). There are no service fees or delivery fees.

  • Mannings currently only accepts pick-ups from stores located in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

  • After receiving the confirmation email, Mannings will send you an email or SMS within 2-5 working days to notify you when to pick up your order. Customers must collect their order within 7 days of receiving this notification.

    Deliveries may be affected by holidays (e.g., Christmas, Chinese New Year, and Easter). Additionally, deliveries will be rescheduled if a typhoon signal number 8 or above, or a black rainstorm warning, is issued.

  • Online Purchase Store Pickup Process

    Step 1. Select "Click and Collect" on the checkout page; you can choose from over 250 pickup locations.

    Step 2. After order confirmation, a pickup notification will typically be sent via email or SMS within 2-5 working days.

    Step 3. During the business hours of the selected pickup location, you can easily collect your order using the pickup notification received via SMS or email.

    Please note:

    1. "Click and Collect" is valid for a single order of $50 or more after discounts, promotions and coupon codes applied. There are no service fees or delivery fees.
    2. Delivery dates and times are estimates. Mannings will not be responsible for delays, changes to delivery time or unsuccessful delivery that are due to circumstances outside our control.
    3. Orders must be picked up from the designated store within 7 days of receiving the pick-up notification (via SMS or email), otherwise order will be returned and discarded.
    4. You can check our "store locator" to see stores available for "Click and Collect".
    5. Each order can only be delivered to one single store; multiple orders may not be merged.
    6. The daily maximum order limit for each C&C store is determined by actual capacity of the store. If the limit is reached, please choose another branch.
    7. The daily maximum order limit for each person at the same C&C store is 2 or determined by actual capacity of the store. If the limit is reached, please choose another branch.
    8. Once order is confirmed, pick-up location cannot be changed.
    9. Should any disputes arise, Mannings reserves the right to the final decision.

  • Free Home Delivery for orders with a net price of HKD399 or above (applicable to the final amount after deducting discounts, eCoupons and promo codes), orders with a net price below HKD399 will be charged a shipping fee of HKD45.

  • Under normal circumstances, deliveries will take at least 3 working days. Delivery times are Monday to Friday 9AM - 8PM; Saturday 9AM - 6PM. No delivery services on Sundays and public holidays. Deliveries could be affected due to holidays (e.g. Christmas, Chinese New Year and Easter). Deliveries will be rescheduled if the typhoon signal number 8 or above or the black rainstorm warning is hoisted.

  • Yes. Under normal circumstances, customers will receive an SMS notification the day before or the day of the delivery. Please be aware that customers will also receive a telephone call 30 minutes before delivery.

  • Mannings Home Delivery is available only for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We do not deliver to outlying islands or Discovery Bay. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM. There are no delivery services on Sundays and public holidays.

    Delivery service is not applicable for locations in buildings without functioning elevators. If there is no elevator, free delivery will only cover the first two floors. An additional charge of $10 per box will apply for each floor above the second floor. If the building's elevator cannot be used when your order is delivered, we will reschedule the delivery.

    If the delivery address is within the area of village houses or small houses, the logistics company usually arranges delivery at the entrance or intersection where parking is available. You will receive a phone call before the delivery.

    Customers must confirm receipt of the order electronically. If customers request that the delivery be placed at the door or collected by the management office or reception, and this results in the loss or damage of goods, Mannings will not provide compensation.

  • The home delivery service does not cover areas outside of Hong Kong. Currently, the delivery service from Mannings" official online store is limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. For delivery to mainland China, please use our WeChat Mini Program "Mannings Cross-Border Mall" for purchases.

  • For Customers Checking Out as Mannings Official Online Store Members: Customers can cancel their order themselves within 15 minutes of successfully placing the order by going to "My Account" > "Order History" > "View Order." Orders cannot be cancelled after 15 minutes.

    For Customers Checking Out as Guests: Customers must contact Customer Service to arrange for order cancellation within 15 minutes of successfully placing the order. Orders cannot be cancelled after 15 minutes.

  • After the order is confirmed, ordered products cannot be changed.

  • Once an order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed. Should you find your personal information is wrongly placed, please contact Customer Service immediately.

  • Customers Checking Out as Mannings Official Website Members - Apply for a Refund Online

    Step 1: Click on "My Account" > "Order History" at the top of the webpage, find the order you want to refund, click on "View Order" > "Refund".

    Step 2: Select the quantity of the products you wish to refund and choose a reason for the refund. Customers selecting "other" must provide detailed reasons in the comments section. Once completed, click "Confirm Return Order".

    Step 3: Preview the products, quantities, and reasons for the refund. If everything is correct, click "Submit Request".

    Step 4: Send the order number and relevant product photos to CS@mannings.com.hk.

    Step 5: After verifying your application, a confirmation of the return request will be sent to your email address. Please use the original packaging to properly pack the items to be returned, put them in the Mannings box, print the return label in the email attachment, and paste it onto the box. Our customer service team will arrange for the courier company to contact you to pick up the items.

    Step 6: After receiving the returned product, we will process the refund arrangement immediately. Upon verification, the refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase and to the same account.

    The processing time of the refund varies depending on different banks. Typically the refund would take 2-4 weeks from when we receive your returned items.

    Step 4: After clicking "Create Account," you will receive a text message with a verification code. Enter the code to complete your registration.

    Step 1: Download the Mannings App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

    Step 2: Open the app and select "Login" or "Register as a Member" under "Account".

    Step 5: After clicking "Create Account", you will receive a text message with a verification code. Enter the code to complete your registration.

  • Member account is the same in between website and Mannings App. If you are already a member of Mannings Online Store, you can use your registered mobile number or email address by entering multi-factor authentication to log in to your member account

  • Password Reset Process

    Step 1: Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page.

    Step 2: Enter your registered mobile phone number or email to reset your password.

    When you enter the mobile phone number to reset the password, your phone will receive a text message containing the verification code. Enter the verification code and the new password to reset the password.

    When you enter an email address to reset your password, the system will send a password reset link to your email address. Please click the link to reset your password.

    Previous passwords can no longer be used as a new password.

  • You may have entered an incorrect email address or mobile phone number (please include the area code, e.g., +852) during the login process, or the password may be incorrect. You can use the "Forgot your password" function. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service department at CS@mannings.com.hk.

  • Update Personal Information

    Go to "My Account" > "Personal Information" to modify your last name, first name, and date of birth. Email addresses and phone numbers cannot be modified.

    Update Saved Delivery Addresses / Add New Address

    You can click on "My Account" > "Delivery Addresses" to update your stored shipping address or add a new address.

    Email Communication Preferences

    You can update your subscription options under "My Account" > "Preferences".

    Change Password

    Update your password by going to "My Account"> "Update Password", and enter your existing password and a new password.
    *Previously used passwords cannot be used as new password.

  • Go to "My Account"> "Order History" to check the status of your order and details of your past orders.

  • If you have not received the one-time password, please check your mobile settings, ensure that mobile data and data connections are enabled, and verify that the registered phone number is entered correctly before clicking "Resend OTP"

    Some users may be affected by the platform's message filtering features and may not receive the one-time password. We recommend trying the following solutions:

    For iOS Users:

    It is recommended to go to "Settings," search for "Messages," enable "Filter Unknown Senders," and then check "Messages" for any junk messages.

    For Android Users:

    Please check if Google Messages has marked any messages as "Spam".

    If the problem persists, please contact our customer service department for assistance.

    Please note that some dual-SIM phone users may be unable to receive the one-time password. If the issue continues, please reach out to your mobile network provider.

  • You can log in to "My Account" and select "Promotional Message Preference" in "General Settings" to customize the promotional messages preference (including: email, SMS, WhatsApp Messenger, Phone and Notification Center).

  • Yes, enter and link your yuu ID when you checkout at Mannings Online Store, you will earn a minimum of 1 Point for each $1 spending this is the Base Points. The following products are exclude from base points earning including , Mannings Gift Voucher purchases, stage one infant formula milk powder, Phone cards, plastic bag levy, EPS easy cash , Mannings Online Store delivery charges, Octopus reloading services, Macau pass reloading services .

  • Redeem eCoupons: Go to the "eCoupons", select "Online Coupons", browse, and click "Claim".

    To view claimed eCoupons: Go to "Account" , tap "My eCoupons". Select "Online Coupons" to browse through your eCoupons by category or expiration date.

  • Go to eCoupons page and selected "In-store eCoupons", click "Claim". eCoupons are added to My Account automatically.

    *"In-Store Coupons" are only available for users who have downloaded the Mannings App to claim through the mobile app.

    STEP 1: Go to "Account" , select "My eCoupons"

    STEP 2: Select "In-Store Coupons" to browse through your coupons by category or expiration date. (Once you have selected "Use Now", the In-Store Coupons must be used within 15 minutes. If you wish to save the In-Store Coupons for later use, please select "Later".)

    STEP 3: Tap "Use Now" and show the barcode to the cashier to redeem the In-Store Coupons.*

    * Important note: If you confirm to exit, the store coupon status will change to "Used" and cannot be redeemed again.

  • Access to "My Cart" and click "+Use coupon code/Online Coupon" at the bottom of the page. You may enter coupon code or click "Check My Online Coupon", selected the eCoupon and click "Apply". The discount will be shown in My Cart if applied successfully.

  • Enter your email address at the bottom of the homepage to subscribe to Mannings' Newsletter to get the latest promotional news and offers. You can also open the App, click to "Promotional Message Preference" under General Setting in "Account". Enable the notification option. Then you can receive the promotional message via selected channels.

  • Mannings Online Store will never ask customers to click on links to provide account information through any channel. Please do not connect to suspicious websites or download attachments from hyperlinks in emails, SMS messages, or websites. Do not enter personal information, credit card details, 3-digit security codes, or one-time passwords into unknown applications or websites.

    Mannings has applied to Office of Communications Authority to become a Registered Sender under the SMS Sender Registration Scheme ("Scheme") and has successfully registered its SMS Sender ID (Registered SMS Sender ID: #Mannings) with effective date on 11 June 2024. Under the Scheme, only companies or organizations being Registered Senders are able to send text messages using their Registered SMS Sender IDs starting with prefix "#".
