Under normal circumstances, Return & Refund of product is not available excepts:

If any product proves to have been delivered or provided for pick-up in a damaged condition, expired, omitted in the delivery/pick-up, or if a wrong product is delivered/ provided for pick-up. Please login to [My account>order history] for Return & Refund request within 14 days of receipt of the delivery or pick-up.

Product Description

Formulated with medical grade Cyclopentasiloxane, it has been clinically proven to effectively calm, soften and dilute scars.
It has been widely recommended by the medical community as the first line.
Quick drying, non-sticky, soft, smooth, transparent, tasteless.
Can be applied to scars on all areas of the skin, including the face and joints.

How To Use

Make sure the affected area is clean and dry, and apply it thinly once or twice a day on the scar.
1. Wash hands before use (and after)
2. Make sure the skin is clean and dry
3. Place 1/2cm on the tip of the finger and apply it on the affected area
4. Apply 1-2 times in one direction, do not rub back and forth
5. About 2 minutes later, if necessary, you can apply cosmetics, moisturising or sunscreen
6. Use twice a day (morning, night) to achieve the best results
* The recommended treatment time is 60-90 days. Longer treatment time for larger or older scars.
