How To Use

Using your Sonicare toothbrush:
1. Wet the bristles of the brush head and apply a small amount of toothpaste.
2. Place the bristles against your teeth at a 45° angle towards the gum line, and close your mouth around the brush head (to prevent spattering while brushing).
3. Press the power button to start brushing.
4. Apply light pressure and move the brush head slowly across the teeth in a small back and forth motion.
5. Continue this motion throughout your brushing cycle.
**Note**: Do not scrub. To maximize, only apply light pressure and let the Sonicare toothbrush do the brushing for you.

Replacing brush head:
Replace your toothbrush heads every 3 months of normal use (brushing twice a day) for optimal plaque removal.
