It is designed for premature and low-birth-weight infants transitioning home, from the time of hospital discharge up to baby's 1st birthday.

Ingredients

Vegetable oils, whey protein concentrate, corn syrup solids, skim milk powder, lactose, single cell oils as sources of arachidonic acid (ARA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), emulsifier (soy lecithin), calcium carbonate, tricalcium phosphate, sodium ascorbate, choline chloride, inositol, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, sodium selenite, magnesium chloride, α-tocopheryl acetate, taurine, ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate, retinyl palmitate, cytidine 5'-monophosphate, L-carnitine, disodium uridine 5’-monophosphate, cupric sulfate, niacinamide, ascorbic acid, antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate), calcium pantothenate, cholecalciferol, phytonadione, adenosine 5’-monophosphate, folic acid, biotin, cyanocobalamin, disodium guanosine 5’-monophosphate, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, sodium iodide and manganese sulfate. Contain soy and milk.

How To Use

Store cans at room temperature. After opening the can, keep it tightly covered in dry area and use contents within 1 month. Do not freeze powder and avoid excessive heat. Use by date on bottom of can.
