Microcrystalline cellulose (anti-caking agent), calcium ascorbate dihydrate, ascorbic acid, magnesium phosphate pentahydrate, monobasic potassium phosphate, nicotinamide, calcium phosphate, calcium pantothenate, thiamine hydrochloride, croscarmellose sodium (stabilizer), d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate, opadry brown (colour) [hypromellose (stabilizer), macrogol 8000 (anti-foaming agent), iron oxide black (colour), iron oxide red (colour), macrogol 400 (anti-foaming agent), purified talc (anti-caking agent), iron oxide yellow (colour), titanium dioxide (colour)], pyridoxine hydrochloride, avena sativa (oat) dry seed extract, choline bitartrate, inositol, passiflora incarnata (passion flower) dry herb extract, colloidal anhydrous silica (anti-caking agent), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), maltodextrin (stabilizer), riboflavin, lecithin (emulsifier), hypromellose (stabilizer), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), ethyl cellulose (stabilizer), folic acid, tartaric acid (acidity regulator), cyanocobalamin, biotin.

How To Use

Adults: Take 1 tablet two times a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food. Suitable for vegetarians.

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Supplements may only be of assistance if dietary intake in inadequate. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) supplements may change urine colour to bright yellow. This is harmless and temporary.
Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sublight.
